3-5 Days Exchange & Return Policy

Policy Terms & Conditions
  • Time Frame: You must initiate your exchange or return request within 3 to 5 days of receiving your delivery. Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: Due to health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Seals & Tags: The product’s safety seals, cellophane wrapping, and brand tags must be fully intact. Opened or swatched products cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please take a photo or unboxing video and contact us immediately for a free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Any product that has been opened, tested, used, or altered.
  • Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or special discount offers.
How to Request an Exchange or Return

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you on the next steps.
  3. Shipping Fees: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost. For mind-change exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
